Potential New Members

Welcome to the Recruitment Page for Alpha Delta Pi! We are so excited for recruitment this year and cannot wait to meet you all. We encourage every young woman looking for a home away from home and a support system of inspiring, driven women to participate in formal sorority recruitment. During formal recruitment, you will have the opportunity to meet all 11 chapters in the Panhellenic community and get a glimpse into each of their sisterhoods. By the end of the process, we hope that each and every one of you finds the sorority that is a best fit for you. The relationships you make and experience you have during this process will stay with you throughout your time at Carolina.

Meet our Recruitment Team

Hi everyone! My name is Brooke Eisenberg, and I’m a Neuroscience and Psychology double major on the pre-dental track. When I’m not in the library, you can find me laughing with friends, trying new foods, or on a run through beautiful Chapel Hill! My best advice for anyone rushing is to find a house where you feel at home—one filled with people who share your values and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. Find people who motivate you, lift you up, and encourage you to grow every day. That’s exactly what I found at ADPi, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Good luck, and enjoy every moment!

VP of Recruitment

I am so honored to serve As the Vice President of Marketing for ADPi this year! I ran for this position because ADPi has made such a profound impact on my life, relationships and me as a person. It means so much to me and so many others and I feel a responsibility to show the UNC Community, Alumni, and potential new members and how amazing this chapter is through our social media and website. ADPi puts sisterhood and encouraging each other to be the best versions of ourselves at the center of its mission. During my past 3 years in ADPi, I served as the Digital Marketing Specialist, on the executive board as the Vice President of Panhellenic Relations and have been involved with the Recruitment team. Leading the Panhellenic Team Last year and the Marketing team as Vice President of Marketing this year has been such an amazing experience that I’ve learned so much from. I am so excited for this journey and am so grateful to ADPi for giving me my best friends, unforgettable memories , and above all making UNC home.

- Annie Ascher

VP of Marketing

I am privileged and excited to serve as ADPi’s Recruitment Specialist this year! I look forward to meeting you all and working with this amazing team. I am double majoring in Psychology and Political Science with a minor in Conflict Management. On campus, I am a member of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, Mental Health Ambassadors, Mind4Youth, Women in Pre-Law Society, and the Law Society at Carolina. In my past three years in ADPi, I have served as Banner Chair and Standards Assistant, each of which has been incredibly rewarding. The best advice I have to offer about going through recruitment is to pay attention to how you feel during each round of recruitment and to search for the place that feels like home to you. ADPi felt like home to me from the beginning of recruitment, making my decision easy!

Hi everyone! My name is Lizzie Long, and I am so grateful to serve as the Chapter President of the Beta Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi! I am a junior from Roanoke, VA, with a double major in psychology and English and comparative literature focusing on film studies. Being from Virginia, I was unsure what my college experience would be like or if I would find the friendships I longed to have. I am thrilled that ADPi has given me that and more. My experience with UNC Chapel Hill and ADPi has taught me so much about myself and given me unforgettable experiences and lifelong friendships. The women in ADPi constantly make me laugh, are there for me through everything, and are genuinely my best friends. I don't know where I would be without having ADPi for the past three years of college. My experience led me to want to help other people find the same love in their lives, which is why I am so glad to be involved with recruitment for 2025!

Words From The 2025 New Member Experience Team

Hi guys! My name is Izzy Zevin, and I am the current Vice President of Membership Experience. I oversee sisterhood events and will help guide new members through their transition into our chapter. When I went through recruitment, I left ADPi each time feeling like I was having genuine conversations and starting true friendships. Those feelings have only deepened and I can confidently say I’ve found my lifelong best friends here. I’m so excited to help the new alpha class create the same meaningful experiences and memories. I can’t wait to meet all of you and watch you find your people, just as I found mine. See you soon!!
- Izzy Zevin
Vice President of Membership Experience

The best advice I can give to potential new members is to have fun! Recruitment can feel intimidating, but the more relaxed, open, and authentic you are, the more rewarding your experience will be. When I went through rush, I decided to embrace the process and focus on making connections instead of stressing—and it completely transformed the experience for me. Approach each house with a positive attitude and an open mind, and don’t be afraid to show your personality! Recruitment is about building genuine relationships and finding where you feel most at home. By enjoying the process and being yourself, you’ll discover the chapter that truly fits you. I knew I belonged in ADPi when I met girls who were funny, driven, motivated, and caring—women who made me laugh, inspired me to work harder, supported me unconditionally, and made me feel like I’d found my home away from home.
