Welcome to the Recruitment Page for Alpha Delta Pi! We are so excited for recruitment this year and cannot wait to meet you all. We encourage every young woman looking for a home away from home and a support system of inspiring, driven women to participate in formal sorority recruitment. During formal recruitment, you will have the opportunity to meet all 11 chapters in the Panhellenic community and get a glimpse into each of their sisterhoods. By the end of the process, we hope that each and every one of you finds the sorority that is a best fit for you. The relationships you make and experience you have during this process will stay with you throughout your time at Carolina. Meet our Recruitment Team
“Hi everyone!!! My name is Kyleigh McCoy and I am the 2024 Vice President of Recruitment for ADPi. I am in the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media on the Advertising and Public Relations track with a concentration in Health Communication and Marketing and a minor in Health and Society. Once I graduate in the Spring of 2025 I plan on pursuing a career in healthcare marketing or PR. I love spending as much time as possible with all of my friends and family as well as reading a really good book or rewatching Gossip Girl and The Vampire Diaries! You can also catch me attending or watching almost all UNC sports!
Coming into UNC recruitment I had absolutely no idea what to expect from any sorority. Round after round and party after party, I found myself falling in love with what ADPi represented and I felt genuine connections with every one of the girls that I talked to. After almost 3 years in ADPi, I can say that I have found my best friends, the girls who will be my bridesmaids, and the girls I can count on for everything. Everyone in ADPi is your biggest cheerleader when you’re succeeding and always there to support you when life gets tough. The friends I’ve made because of ADPi are some of the best people I’ve ever met and I’m so thankful every day that ADPi brought us together. I am so excited to meet all of y’all in the fall!! Hey everyone! My name is Josie Navola, and I am the current Vice President of Marketing for UNC ADPi! When I went through recruitment I didn’t know what to expect, but I sure am lucky to have found my best friends and second family through ADPi. I felt like every single conversation that I had during recruitment with ADPi make me feel special and was the spark of friendships that I continue to have today. Getting closer with these women at meals, events, and living in the house has truly made my time at UNC a million times better. I am beyond excited to create so many new and lasting friendships during recruitment this year! As someone who is ordinarily shy, I have been able to go out of my comfort zone and grow so much in ADPi surrounded by the most genuine and unique women. I never would have pictured myself being Banner Chair or Director of Academic Affairs and here I am sending y’all a message in my current position. I am also a Biology, BS major with a Chemistry minor on the pre-medical track to hopefully become a Pediatric Dermatologist in the future. Older sisters have provided me with a ton of advice and connections that I am so grateful for and happy to pass along. Outside of school, I love yoga, spontaneous excursions with friends, collaging, listening to live music, and I (am learning to) love running. Just as you got to learn a little about me, I can’t wait to meet all of you! I wish you luck throughout recruitment so that you find your people just as I found mine 💞
